St. Paul's Cathedral was built in the year 1839. It is the most important church in India to visit. It is located on the eastern side of the Victoria Memorial and the southern end of the Maidan. There are many interesting memorials and the impressive stained glass windows worth visiting.
Great west windows by Sir Edward Burne-Jones are most viewed. It was built in the finest tradition of Yorkminister. Its interior is decorated with mosaic panels and stained glass windows. Also the statues and Florentine frescoes are used for adding beauty to this place.
