Nagarhole National sanctuary:

This place is named after the river Nagarhole meaning 'snake river' which flows all the way through the sanctuary. There are about 300 species of birds, panthers, flying squirrels and tigers in the sanctuary. This place is made up of rosewood, teak wood, sandal wood and silver oak. For transport in the sanctuary there are open jeeps and elephants.

Abbi falls:

This fall was also well-known as the Jessey falls. This is just 8 kilometers away from the Madilkeri, these falls are the major tourists attraction of this place. During the summers this fall is flowed with water. The sound of the water fall can be heard from the main road. This main road continues to the wonderful coffee and cardamom plantation.

Iruppu falls:

This fall come into existence with the river Lakshmanath-tirtha flows, which is close by the falls. The local people of Coorg consider that having bathe under this fall will wash out all your sins. On Shivarati the holy day this place is crowded with thousands of devotees.

The Omkareshwar temple:

This temple has a combination of two architectural style as one Islamic and Gothic. Lord Shiva is being worshiped in this temple.

Bhagamandala:

It is located at the sangam of the three rivers the Cauvery, the Sujyothi and the Kanika. This place is popular for temples and hence known as temple town. These temples are built-in Kerela style.
