Rani Mahal is the palace of Rani Laxmi Bai. It is now days converted into a museum. Here one can find now the nice collection of in-between the 9th and 12th centuries AD archaeological remains.
There are aslo som emore places of interest like Ganghdhar Rao-ki-Chhatri, Laxmi Tal, Laxmi Bai Park as well as Shri Kali Temple.

- By Air - The nearest airport from Jhansi is Gwalior and it is at a distance of 98 kilometers from it.
- By Rail - It is nice to go to Jhansi by rail as this place is well connected by an excellent railway network with all major cities.
- By Road - Jhansi is on National Highways 25 and 26 and so it well linked by roads to all major cities nearby.
