Jain Temple is loacted on a foothill and at a distance of just 6 kilometers from the Karguwan. It has 14th century old idol of Lord Parshvanath. There are also more five other idols as well. At a distance of 45 kilometrs from here a place named sonagiri has 77 Jain temples.
All these temple are just standing on a slope of a hill. Among all these temples, one is dedicated to Lord Chatranath and it is the most beautiful amongust all. Pawagiri is anoter place from here and it is at aditance of 45 kilometer from here and it is also one more Jain site.
How to go
- By Air - The nearest airport from Jhansi is Gwalior and it is at a distance of 98 kilometers from it.
- By Rail - It is nice to go to Jhansi by rail as this place is well connected by an excellent railway network with all major cities.
- By Road - Jhansi is on National Highways 25 and 26 and so it well linked by roads to all major cities nearby.
