Sipahijala Wildlife Sanctuary is botanical garden and a small zoo. It is accommodating an area of 18 square kilometers and at south 25 kilometers of Agartala. It has huge collection of wildlife. Here is a lake which attracts many bird species.
Also some other attractions here include the toy train, mini zoo, an orchard garden, boating lake and an elephant rides. The zoo there is a natural heritage and kept very well with new enclosure providing many more natural habitats.
Here one can watch the rubber plantation as well as see the processing on a trip.
