Dharmapuri is near the Karnataka border and it is famous for its Mallikarjunaswamy Temple. This temple is of 8th century. It was built in the Pallava style and architecture is very nice. Hosur
It is 94 kilometers away from Dharmapuri. It is referred by the British as little England. It is surrounded with the evergreen grass carpets and Krishnagiri Fort is just 46 kilometers away from this place. In the battle against the British, it was defense point of Hyder Ali.
