The Mumbai fort is located at the north side of the Colaba. Actually this fort was British fort. This part that is this Mumbai fort is famous for the impressive and beautiful buildings.

The most famous and attractive building in this fort region is St. Johns Church. One can able to visit this church also. This church dedicated to the soldiers who laid down their lives in the war of Afghan (1843) and Sindh campaign (1838). This area is now a commercial centre of Mumbai. So, this area is full of road booths, travelers, and the grand facades of 19th century British associations and trading houses.

Mumbai is the biggest city not only in Maharashtra but also in India. As Mumabi is biggest city, is well connected by air, road, and rail with other important cities. There are number of buses are available to reach at the Mumbai. The frequency of buses is good from Pune (Swarget). There is no problem of housing as there are lots of hotels available in the Mumbai. For local transportation city buses and local trains are available.
