Points of Attraction:
Temple is the main attraction of this fort due to its design and it shelters for 15-20 peoples. The temple is very beautiful. In temple there are three idols of Goddess which are about two to three feet in height. These idols are of Bheri, Tula, and Shree Vaghjai. At the right side of the temple you directly reach at the water reservoir. But the main problem of this fort is that the water is available only till the month of March.
There is also one descending way which directly goes towards bastions of the fort. At the backside of the fort there are two water reservoirs. From there one can able to see dense forest of the Koyana. As the top part of the fort is quite big, you have required atleast two to three hours.
Routes to go there:
There are two routes to go there and these routes are as follows:
First one is through the Gavhare which is before village Durgvadi. Second one is through Ramghal of Helwak. On the Chiplun-Karad there is one Kumbharli Ghat. And after crossing this you comes near Helwak Phata. Then go towards Ramphal which takes at least two hours. Then go to 'Patharpunj Juna Vaghona' road which directly go to fort. There is a risk of getting lost here due to dense forests and its takes six and half hours.
