Patan

Patan Anhilwad Patan was also the capital city of the Gujarat state since the 8th century up till the Ahmad Shah moved centered Ahemdabad as his seat of power and larger impressive citadel during the 15th century. This place in Gujarat is the evidence of many ups and downs of the Solanki, one of the Rajput dynasties. It is ruled for a strong but a very short timed Waghela Rajput dynasty, and that is for 76 years and after that by some of the generations of the Muslim Sultanats.

Siddhpur is the very well known pilgrimage centre for Hindus and this is located on the bank of Saraswati River.

Nal Sarovar
