Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary is located at a distance of 46 kms from Delhi. It is a heaven to a variety of domestic and migratory birds. With the years, hundreds of species of migratory birds have winged in to stay here. In winter birds from as far as Siberiawing in this area along with flock of geese from Europe. The local birds also flap in.

There are hide outs, watch towers and a museum of sorts for those keen on serious study. Around which the Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary has been developed called as Sultanpur lake where is a picnic spot for the people staying nearby.
