Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary is reputed as the second largest wildlife sanctuary in Karnataka. Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary nestles some very rare animal and birds. This Sanctuary abounds with a richness of Flora and Fauna. The sanctuary is undulating with steep slopes and deep river valleys and rich hilly forest terrain , swaying bamboos, abundance of wildlife, sylvan surroundings and trekking tracts.
